Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AETHER (aetherai.pro), operated by Anthony Pepena, an individual based in Fiji. By creating an account, you agree to them.
The service
AETHER watches a streaming channel you connect (YouTube, Twitch, or Kick), and when a new VOD lands, automatically cuts vertical, house-style clips from it and writes captions and hashtags for each one. By default, clips and captions are delivered to your dashboard for you to review and post yourself. For YouTube specifically, you can opt into automatic posting instead of manual review — see "YouTube API Services" below for exactly how that works.
YouTube API Services
AETHER uses YouTube API Services to connect your YouTube channel — to watch it for new streams/uploads, and, only if you turn on posting, to upload clips to it on your behalf. By connecting your YouTube channel to AETHER, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. You can revoke AETHER's access to your YouTube account at any time from your Google Account security settings, or by disconnecting YouTube from inside AETHER, which revokes the connection on Google's side too.
Closed launch
AETHER is currently invite-only. Signup requires a valid invite code from an existing user or from us. We may change, expand, or pause invite availability at any time as the product develops.
Subscription and billing
AETHER is $29/month, one tier, no other paid plans at this time. Continued access requires an active subscription. We do not currently offer a free tier — a free, watermarked tier is planned but not yet built, and no page on this site should represent otherwise.
Acceptable use
- You must own, or hold the rights to, the content on any channel you connect to AETHER. Do not connect a channel you don't have the right to process.
- You are responsible for the clips, captions, and hashtags AETHER produces from your content once you post or share them yourself.
- You may not use AETHER to process content that is illegal, infringing, or that you don't have permission to use.
- You may not attempt to abuse, overload, or circumvent the service's technical limits or invite system.
No guarantee of platform-specific results
AETHER cuts clips and writes captions based on what was actually said in your stream. We do not guarantee views, engagement, virality, or any specific outcome on YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, or any other platform. Platform algorithms, policies, and audiences are outside our control.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription and stop using AETHER at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, abuses the invite system, or connects content the user doesn't have rights to. On request, or on account deletion, your data is removed per our data deletion policy.
Changes
As a small, closed-launch product, these terms may change as AETHER develops. Meaningful changes will be communicated directly to active users, in addition to updating the date on this page.
