Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of The Builders community and InnerVault (accessed via aetherai.pro/join), operated by Anthony Pepena, an individual based in Fiji. By joining The Builders or purchasing InnerVault, you agree to them.
The service
The Builders is a free community (Discord and Telegram) documenting the build-in-public journey behind AETHER. InnerVault is a separate paid membership, sold and delivered entirely through Whop, covering direction, discipline, AI leverage, creator skills, money systems, and accountability content.
Where each part actually runs
We don't run our own signup form, membership database, or payment processor for either product:
- The Builders (free) — membership, messages, and roles are managed entirely by Discord and Telegram, under their own terms.
- InnerVault (paid) — purchase, billing, renewals, and refunds are handled entirely by Whop, under Whop's own terms of service. We don't receive or store your payment details.
Age requirement
You must meet Discord's own minimum age (13, or higher where required by local law) to join The Builders. InnerVault, sold through Whop, follows Whop's own age and eligibility requirements.
Community conduct
- Be a real person having a real conversation. No spam, no scams, no harassment.
- Links and certain flagged content are automatically removed in the InnerVault and No Code Society Telegram groups by an automated moderation bot — this is a spam-prevention measure, not a judgment on you personally. Repeated violations can lead to removal from the group.
- Content, prompts, and systems shared inside The Builders or InnerVault are for your own use — don't resell or redistribute them as your own product.
No guarantee of outcomes
The Builders and InnerVault share what's actually working (and what isn't) in one person's build. We don't guarantee any specific income, growth, or business outcome from anything shared in either community.
Termination
We may remove anyone from The Builders' Discord or Telegram for violating community conduct. InnerVault access is tied to an active purchase or subscription through Whop — cancellation, refunds, and access removal there follow Whop's own policies.
Changes
These terms may change as the community and InnerVault develop. Meaningful changes will be communicated in the community itself, in addition to updating the date on this page.
