Privacy Policy

The Builders and InnerVault (accessed via aetherai.pro/join) are operated by Anthony Pepena, an individual based in Fiji. This page explains, in plain language, what data we handle, why, and what we do — and don't do — with it.
What we collect directly
Nothing. There is no signup form, account system, or payment processor on this site for The Builders or InnerVault. We don't ask for your email, and we never see your payment details.
Where your data actually goes
- The Builders (free Discord/Telegram) — when you join, your Discord or Telegram account and anything you post is handled entirely by Discord or Telegram, under their own privacy policies: discord.com/privacy and telegram.org/privacy. We never receive a separate copy of your account data from them.
- InnerVault (paid) — purchase, billing, and membership are handled entirely by Whop. Your name, email, and payment details go to Whop, not to us, under Whop's own privacy policy.
What we do store locally
The InnerVault and No Code Society Telegram groups run automated spam moderation. When that automation removes a message (a link, or specific flagged content), it logs which Telegram account posted it, what was removed, when, and why — kept as an append-only operational record for community-safety and accountability purposes. This log is not used for anything beyond that, and is not shared outside of operating the community.
What we never do
- We never sell, rent, or share any data with advertisers or data brokers.
- We never see or store your InnerVault payment details — that's handled entirely by Whop.
- We don't run advertising or analytics trackers on this page.
Your rights
Because your account data lives with Discord, Telegram, or Whop rather than with us, the direct way to access, correct, or delete it is through those platforms' own tools. For anything we do hold locally (the moderation log above), you can ask us to:
- Access what we've logged about a specific removal involving your account.
- Delete that record.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top of this page and let the community know directly.
